Effective immediately (June, 2009), no third-party including, but not limited to online poker operators and offline casinos and poker rooms, is allowed to register players to any of the Events unless it has applied to Rational Entertainment Enterprises Limited and obtained from it a non-exclusive licence (the "Licence"). Accordingly, no third-party is allowed to conduct tournaments which offer as a prize a free buy-in to one of the Events ("Satellite Tournaments"). All and any licences to use the IPT Marks that may have existed prior to the date of this letter are hereby terminated.

In light of the above, you are required to apply for the License forthwith if you would like to keep conducting Satellite Tournaments. You must stop using the IPT Marks until such Licence has been granted. If you operate and/or offer Satellite Tournaments in the absence of the License, Rational Entertainment Enterprises Limited will take all necessary actions to protect its rights, including by prohibiting your qualifiers from participating in the Events.
